Summer has always been a high incidence period for fire accidents. It is particularly important to enhance the fire safety awareness of employees, improve their evacuation and self rescue abilities in the event of a fire, and thereby enhance the safety production management level of enterprises. Recently, the Human Resources Department of Kodi organized employees to conduct fire safety training lectures in batches, combining fire safety knowledge, correct use of fire equipment, etc., further enhancing the fire safety awareness and fire disposal ability of all employees.

After two hours of learning and training, employees gained a basic understanding of fires, the characteristics of car fires, skills in home fire prevention and high-rise fire escape, how to extinguish initial fires, and how to identify and rectify fire hazards around them. In order to further enable all employees to master the general firefighting methods for fires, the instructor also explained the firefighting principles of various fire extinguishing equipment to all employees, and provided on-site guidance on the correct steps and methods of using fire extinguishers. Through the analysis of a large number of typical fire cases, employees have truly recognized the suddenness, susceptibility, and nature of fires, so as to cultivate and improve the habit of preventing fires in their daily work and life, and enhance the awareness of fire prevention and self rescue among all employees.

Through this training, the majority of employees have expressed great benefits, which have improved their fire prevention awareness and ability to prevent and handle fires, prevented the occurrence of fire accidents, enriched their safety knowledge in self-protection, self rescue, and evacuation, and created a strong fire safety atmosphere for the company. It has also played a positive role in the development of the company's safety production work.
