On the basis of the original secure broadcasting system, Huizhou Cable Network has upgraded and improved the original system by using Dalian Kedi's 128 × 64 large matrix, hundreds of video and audio distributors, and emergency switches. It can pre monitor and schedule signals from provincial fiber optic signal sources, provincial microwave signal sources, and satellite reception signal sources that participate in broadcasting, and support manual/automatic switching of signals participating in broadcasting through control software, achieving mutual backup.

It is worth mentioning that in this project, Dalian Kedi, known as the "matrix expert" in the industry, and Beijing Bohui, known as the "radio and television monitoring expert", worked together to provide a comprehensive solution for the establishment of the Huizhou cable security broadcasting platform. Through open interface protocols, the satellite receiving security monitoring system accurately detects illegal signal attacks and automatically cuts off signals through control switches to prevent illegal signal broadcasting.
