The HD-SDI digital high-definition signal video monitoring system is derived from the SDI signal in the broadcasting industry. The definition of HD high-definition is derived from digital television HDTV, which is a high-definition television standard defined by the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) in the United States. It supports three uncompressed high-definition television standards: 1080p, 1080i, and 720p, with a display mode of 16:9 and a transmission distance of about 100 meters. It can also be transmitted using traditional analog coaxial cables.

System process:

The HD-SDI camera is responsible for collecting video signals, which are transmitted from the optical transceiver to the monitoring center at a long distance. After being stacked with high-definition characters by Kodi's unique high-definition character superimposer, and then distributed by a distributor, one set of video signals is connected to the matrix and cut to the large screen splicing system to achieve signal switching and real-time display. The other set of video signals is connected to the hard disk recorder for recording, which is output to the comprehensive management platform. The comprehensive management platform then outputs to the large screen splicing system or matrix to achieve playback and comprehensive management functions. The external alarm unit transmits the received alarm signals to the matrix, achieving alarm linkage of the matrix. The use of the main control keyboard and client is the same as that of traditional analog systems.

System composition:

Signal acquisition: HD-SDI digital high-definition signal camera, alarm probe

Signal transmission: coaxial cables, optical fibers

Signal control: HD-SDI digital high-definition matrix, comprehensive management platform, external alarm unit, main control keyboard, client

Signal storage: HD-SDI hard disk recorder

Signal display: large screen splicing system
