The HD-SDI public safety solution is a fully high-definition cross network video monitoring system based on HD-SDI digital high-definition signals. The system includes monitoring of urban checkpoints, urban streets, public places, entertainment venues, and tourist attractions. Due to the use of fully high-definition, uncompressed, and delay free HD-SDI digital high-definition signals in the system, the display effect has been greatly improved, which can completely solve display bottlenecks such as "invisible" and "unclear". It provides a reasonable solution for security monitoring, investigation and evidence collection, responsibility division, and other work. Cross network monitoring can achieve multi-level scheduling and resource sharing of surveillance videos, improving the efficiency of relevant law enforcement departments.

System process:

The video signals from urban checkpoints, urban streets, and public places are directly transmitted to the police station through optical transceivers for long-distance transmission. After being distributed by distributors, one group of signals is directly connected to the HD-SDI matrix and cut to the large screen splicing system for signal switching and real-time display. The other group of signals is connected to the comprehensive management platform through a hard disk recorder, and then output by the platform to the large screen splicing system or matrix for playback and comprehensive management.

Video signals from entertainment venues and tourist attractions not only need to be transmitted to the police station, but also need to be monitored internally. The collected video signals are stored and monitored through hard disk recorders, encoded and transmitted to the police station via ADSL network via IP, and directly connected to the comprehensive management platform of the police station. The platform is responsible for the comprehensive management of the signals.

The hard disk recorder of the police station will then coordinate and upload all video signals through the video private network to the sub bureau and city bureau monitoring center. The IP signals of entertainment venues and tourist attractions can also be transmitted to the sub bureau and city bureau monitoring center through the ADSL network.

The external alarm unit transmits the received alarm signals to the matrix and platform, achieving alarm linkage of various signals. The use of the main control keyboard and client is the same as that of traditional analog systems.
